They phoned us to check in. The tech support came directly to us when needed. They answered every single one of our questions and navigated us over the phone until the issue we were faced with was resolved. Couldn't ask for a better company! Water is so good now. The service couldn't get any better...prompt friendly reliable and very knowledgeable.
